I have two suggestions which I'm gonna list with its reasons. Not forcing anyone to follow them and make any changes just my suggestions for better pvp experience.
1) Nerf HMG, Matamorez, Mk II. As everyone who often plays on freezzer knows on example prison pvp on freezzer PEI and that getting infinitely shot at from 300m away by MK II brings fun to single sniper but annoyment to whole group of people. And I hope I don't have to explain why letting people sit in plated helicopter with infinite ammo (I know HMG as a item is banned but they overcome it somehow) is not a good idea. IM TALKING ABOUT NERFING NOT BANNING.
2) Voting advantage for ranks. When it comes to voting for on example day you have to spam „WRITE /VOTE“ in chat all the time because people are basicly just too lazy to vote. So my idea would be some voting advantage for players with subscription. On example possible power to instantly change day/night with cool down or even though it sounds silly vote power of more than 1 player (example: guy with mvp writes /vote and it is worth 5 ppl voting).
It is really annoying looking in the dark trying to see someone just because some guy is building a house and does not have the time to read chat.
